So in Preferences/cache:
So to get the best Ram playback what should I set maxRam at?

And why I am here what are SFX best resources is uses to render at top speed and stable?

If you are running only Silhouette, try setting your Cache to 500.

I for got to added I am using Silhouette on VPN
And I am using 2k Film roto plates.

I found after I setting my Cache to 500

Frames (00001 -00215)
But to Play back in to real time I needed to raise Proxy setting highest setting 4:1

So what I be right this app playback the more ram you have?

Yes. The more ram you have, the higher the cache can be set and the more frames you can play back.

instead of working at a proxy, most people work 1:1 and just focus on smaller frame ranges one at a time. For example, work on frames 1-40 first, then 41-80, etc.

Running Mac OS X 10.4.8 Dual 2.3 GHz with 4 GB of Ram.

you could try the max setting (2500) and reduce it in increments of 100 if you get any crashes or stability errors.

note that you have to restart the software for any changes in the maxram pref to take effect.
