Hi,
I purchased the floating license version of Silhouette FX. I have set up the server on my computer and can use the plug-in through After Effects no problem. However when I install the plugin on another computer it doesn't work and gives an error message saying that the server is down yet it gives the correct IP address of the computer with the server on it which I know is running fine. On the sfx.lic file I place on the client machines do i need to include a full network path to the host machine? or simply put just the 'hostname 'like the documentation states?
Anyone out there manages to get a floating license working ok over various machines? any help would be greatly appreciated.
