Timeline In and Out

Hi Folks,



Happy Easter for you all...!!! Well I'm working here and I would love to be able to set in and out points on my timeline so I can cache only the frames I need to see in realtime. I look at the documentation and I could not find anything related to it.
Is there a way ?.
