windows floating server

Hi,
We have a floating licence for Silhouette Roto. Trying to upgrade to 2.3, but I can't find windows floating server in https://www.silhouettefx.com/rlm/, only for mac.

By Silhouette RLM License Server Guide, RLM is located in C:\Program Files\SilhouetteFX\RLM. No such folder after 2.3 win install.

Also tryed to download from reprisesoftware.com, but only beta agreement in download page there ?!

I am confused, please help.

Make a request for the Windows RLM license server at sfxlicensing@silhouettefx.com and identify your Order number. We will then send you the appropriate kit.
