confused by windows

there are two windows under the roto tab in the right hand column.

there are blur options and motion blur options in each one. i'm confused. it would be helpful to let the user know what the differences are between those two windows. i want to turn the blur on for a single shape and i'm not sure which blur i should set.

does this bother or confuse anyone else or is it just me?

I agree it would be nice if the Windows had labels.

The per-shape parameters are the ones that disappear when there are no shapes selected, and have shape-specific parameters like color. The ones that are always there are the global parameters.
