Will there be a demo version for download in the near future? I would really like to evaluate silhouette roto and get pricing for just the standalone version.

Thanks,

Russell

Yes, there will be a demo of the stand-alone version. The price of the stand-alone is $495. The plug-in is $395. A bundle of the plug-in and the stand-alone is $595.

Awesome, thanks Perry. Now all I have to do is wait until it is available. Any clue to when that will be?! ;)

It's very, very close. We're all burning the midnight oil, Paul especially. On this Oscar Sunday, when lots of people talk about their labors of love, this baby is about to be born.

I'm trying to get a version to test, or even details of features.

The Silhouette website seems strangely bare with no links or anything beyond a logo and small mission statement on it's link.

Can I just confirm, are you able to export splines to Shake, or is this just wishfull thinking based on a rumour on my part?

thanks

Horizontally along the top (just below the top, actually) there is a list of links including information on products, downloads, press, purchase, etc. Were these not visible?

Yes, we export Shake rotoshapes. The rumor is true. :)

Ah thanks. I relaunched Safari and everything now OK.

Download is coming, slow but coming...

Do you have any plans to support any level of paint in the future, ie Paint Clone and SuperClone tied to the trackers etc. (as per Commotion)?

In a respectful way he says "No comment."
