Hi there. I'm trying to check out your demo and am very interested in buying it, but this is what is happening to me so far.
Oh, here's my software setup--FCP 5.0.3, OSX 10.4.3, Quicktime 7.0.3.
So, for the very first part of my test everything was running smoothly. I was slicing up an imported quicktime file in FCP and having fun doing it, and then the image in the viewer disapeared. The mask lines remained, and any changes I blindly made to them were reflected on the FCP timeline once I closed the plug-in. I was writting this message to you yesterday, when--oh my God--the image in the viewer returned. Must be me, I thought. In my daftness I punched the wrong button. Cancelled the email, and then last night, when I was playing with it, I resized a window within the plugin and boom, the image was gone again. I have not been able to retrieve it, though I have
rebooted
repaired permissions
jabbed at every toggle or button I can find
I am very interested in your product. Please, show me the way.
Thanks,
CJH
