Recapturing a Sequence in FCP_5

Hi

I'm trying to find a way of recapturing just the clips on my timeline at a higher compression, without having to capture all th related media. I have found a way to do it through media manager by creating the new project and than recapturing in that. But there must be a easier way.:( I'm using Final Cut Pro 5.
